Royal Charter
The Society was awarded its Royal Chater by the Royal Household in 2018 on occasion of its 100th year. The charter was presented by King's Commisioner to the Society at the Netherlands Astronomy Meeting in 2019 (Patterswolde; organized by colleagues from the University of Groningen).
De Astronomenclub ontving in 2018 haar Koninklijke Oorkonde van het Koninklijkhuis, ter gelegenheid van haar 100-jarig bestaan. De oorkonde werd door de Commissaris van de Koning aan de Astronomenclub uitgereikt tijdens de Nederlandse Astronomie Conferentie in 2019 (Patterswolde; georganiseerd door collega's van de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen).
