Willem de Graaff Prize
The Willem de Graaff Prize is a prize awarded to a professional astronomer or space researcher who has made an exceptional contribution to the popularization of astronomy or space research. The prize was instated in 2005 by Stichting De Koepel, the former Dutch association for amateur astronomy. It is named in honour of the space researcher Willem de Graaff, who was the chair of De Koepel for many years.
